Treasury Manager

We're looking for an innovative, strategic, and analytical leader to help optimize our international banking and cash management, provide insightful analysis to support decision making, and drive process and technology excellence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily liquidity and cash forecast

• Complete daily cash flow forecast to ensure appropriate liquidity for our international accounts and businesses. Partner with internal teams to understand key inputs and fluctuations, including drivers of change and variances to forecast.

• Identify opportunities to improve working capital while maintaining appropriate liquidity in all international accounts

• Identify and implement enhancements to treasury technology and cash management and forecast practices

Treasury Ops

• Manage and maintain bank accounts, account services, signers, and controls

• Help administer online banking portals

• Help facilitate cash concentration and FX activities

• Help manage AR Sale transactions and reporting

Compliance

• Develop key treasury controls and maintain documentation

• Respond to auditor requests

Other

• Lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects to drive decision making

• Review, research, and champion technology improvements or additions to optimize treasury tools and processes

• Provide Treasury leadership in technology projects and implementations

• Lead projects to enhance bank portals, bank services and other Treasury tools.

• Provide backup for other roles on the Treasury team

• Develop and execute periodic reporting and analysis for senior management

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs and leads other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned

Education

• BS Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• CTP preferred

Experience

• 7-10+ years of treasury experience

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

• Experience with cash forecasting and analytics

• Experience with SAP and other Treasury-related systems and system implementations preferred
