Employee will help manage overall cash management, foreign exchange, funding and liquidity, derivative management, day-to-day cash and debt transactions. Supervises borrowing and investing activities, monitor required reporting requirements, and maintain internal control. Bank Administrator on companies various external banking platforms.
Back-up responsibilities to the Treasury Supervisor, review of daily bank detail including: Zero Balance Account Transfers, Daily Wires and Bank Fees, Account Transfers (including inter-company), Miscellaneous Deposits, Prepare Notice of Borrowing / Repayment documentation, Ensure adequate cash is funded to the various cash accounts, Daily Cash splits and transfers for posted wires, Other daily transfer needs as required. Daily / Weekly input of debit related information into the CRM System (PRAs Treasury Management System). Balancing, verifying required reports, and executing month end processes relating to CRM.
Credit Facilities - Interpret, understand, and be very knowledge of our credit facilities.
Full understanding when various reports and schedules are due and ensures timely reporting. Assist in discussions and implementation of re-negotiated facilities.
Foreign exchange and interest rate management Help identify underlying exposures and contribute to hedging scenarios and execution. Collaborate on existing (and help develop new) Capital Markets structures. Partner with FP&A and accounting on various cross functional initiatives.
Responsible for funding or approving various defaulted consumer receivable (pools) when they are posted internally on Doc-Link. Treasury Reporting Responsibilities Maintain dialogue, adherence to reporting requirements, and overall relationship with all rating agencies. Maintain sub ledger (by subsidiary and account) of reported cash in South America.
Interpret, understand, and become knowledgeable of our outstanding convertible bonds. Ensure prompt payments and reporting requirements. Liaison with external auditors addressing questions regarding prepared schedules.
Prepare various quarter end schedules as required by the accounting team to support the 10-Qs and 10-Ks. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility. Professional Experience/Qualifications Must have at least 8 years of experience with capital markets, asset/liability management, and cash management for a multi-national corporation Bachelors degree and seven-year related experience or Associates degree and equivalent experience Proficiency in Windows 8 or higher, Excel and Outlook are required.
