Do you have proven financial leadership skills and experience managing lender relationships? You may be a great fit for the Treasury Manager opportunity at Musco in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Reporting to the Controller, this role will develop and manage strategies or policies related to cash flow management, foreign exchange, borrowing and banking relationships.

  • Manage global banking accounts, cash management systems, internal controls and compliance

  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders to meet financing needs

  • Ensure adequate borrowing capacity to fund operations and capital expenditures

  • Forecast short and long term domestic and global cash position

  • Ensure compliance with banking covenants and forecast the long term impact of business decisions on covenant compliance

  • Oversee credit department processes to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable

  • Lead Musco Finance (a customer financing entity) including management of underwriting policies, ROI and development of strategies to support global sales operations

  • Develop foreign currency hedging policies

  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, plus at least 5 years of bank credit negotiation experience and at least 3 years of forecasting cash flow. Qualified candidates should have a thorough understanding of commercial banking credit agreements, bank account management for multiple entities, and foreign currency hedging. The ideal candidate will have demonstrate leadership and progressively responsible treasury experience along with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

In this role, your keen eye and management ability will keep warehouse functions running smoothly. You will oversee the shipping, storage, and supply of Army National Guard equipment. This includes receiving, inspecting, invoicing, storing, and delivering supplies. You will: ensure that all documents are prepared and organized; maintain automated systems; secure and control weapons and ammunition; and schedule and provide maintenance for weapons. Job Duties * Issue and receive small arms.
