Treasury Manager

We are currently searching for a Treasury Manager for the Memphis, TN corporate office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage banking relationships and partners.

• Negotiate banking services and fees

• Provide leadership to a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship and professional/personal growth.

• Oversee the administration of banking systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Oversee all aspects of money movement process, including payroll wires, ACHs, & client payment processing, and bank transmissions.

• Primary point of contact for addressing payment discrepancies, payment and payroll returns, and escalating challenges to senior leadership.

• Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Implement best practices and streamline treasury workflows.

• Complete special projects as assigned for presentation to senior management and external boards

• Other duties as assigned

Direct Supervision Required: very little supervision and instruction required

Organizational Relationships:

• May be assigned supervisor of accounting department personnel from time to time

• May be responsible for assisting accounting managers and personnel when needed

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• 4 Year college degree or equivalent required
• MBA and/or treasury certification preferred
• 6 to 10 years experience in a related field

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

• Very high level of understanding of accounting concepts, industry accounting practices, GAAP and treasury functions

• Advanced Excel skills
