Summary: IAA is searching for an experienced Treasury Manager to join the Finance team. This includes the responsibilities for providing activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Assume the role of primary treasury contact for IAA. Will be involved in daily treasury operations as well as any special projects. As necessary, will work with IAA Finance Department in areas of overlap between Treasury and Finance. Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. Perform all duties assigned by the Vice President, Finance. Must know, practice and ensure that IAA policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times.

Job Description:

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares cash forecasts.

  • Ensures policies and procedures meet the IAA's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.

  • Conduct banking reviews as needed and manage local banking relationships.

  • Develop strong relationships with the country, region and sector finance, tax and legal teams to ensure delivery of the Treasury agenda as well as provide support for the business agenda.

  • Maximize the value of our cash by efficient and prudent cash movements, transfers, positioning, and investment.

  • Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections.

  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

  • Update IAA Treasury documentation for business units. Maintain and update SOX and banking documentation.

  • Maintain appropriate policies/procedures so as to ensure the efficient operation of the Treasury Department.

  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required with two (2) years of supervisory experience; or Bachelor's Degree preferred with four (4) years of support experience in finance or accounting with a concentration in treasury, cash management, and/or banking and two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.

  • A CTP credential is preferred.

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious and customer centric, with a reputation for superb follow through.

  • Extensive knowledge of financial department processes and regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Access.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Ability to work within project timelines, establish priorities, and meet milestones and deliverables.

  • Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.

Job Description: Job Description | MACRO: Manage IAA's social media strategy, web presence and overall digital support for the company's Marketing Department. Individual will work with members of the Marketing team to plan and optimize digital marketing efforts as well as monitor, analyze and report on all of IAA's online presence. They will be responsible for working with the necessary internal IAA teams and managing any necessary outsourcing or partnerships with outside agencies, writers or designers to execute digital elements. The ideal candidate will manage the digital marketing strategy for the company, and possess analytic acumen to define and report measures of success across all channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will continuously evaluate campaigns and evolve efforts to maximize ROI. Job Description | MICRO: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all day to day tasks associated with IAA's social media strategy and channels for the entire marketing department. In addition, a key area of responsibility will be managing the tasks associated with the SEM/SEO and social media strategy and maintaining the digital channels across all markets served. This candidate will also be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.
