Summary: IAA is searching for an experienced Treasury Manager to join the Finance team. This includes the responsibilities for providing activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Assume the role of primary treasury contact for IAA. Will be involved in daily treasury operations as well as any special projects. As necessary, will work with IAA Finance Department in areas of overlap between Treasury and Finance. Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. Perform all duties assigned by the Vice President, Finance. Must know, practice and ensure that IAA policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times.

Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares cash forecasts.
Ensures policies and procedures meet the IAA's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
Conduct banking reviews as needed and manage local banking relationships.
Develop strong relationships with the country, region and sector finance, tax and legal teams to ensure delivery of the Treasury agenda as well as provide support for the business agenda.
Maximize the value of our cash by efficient and prudent cash movements, transfers, positioning, and investment.
Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Update IAA Treasury documentation for business units. Maintain and update SOX and banking documentation.
Maintain appropriate policies/procedures so as to ensure the efficient operation of the Treasury Department.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required with two (2) years of supervisory experience; or Bachelor's Degree preferred with four (4) years of support experience in finance or accounting with a concentration in treasury, cash management, and/or banking and two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
A CTP credential is preferred.
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious and customer centric, with a reputation for superb follow through.
Extensive knowledge of financial department processes and regulations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Access.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment.
