Treasury Manager

Job Description Job Description Job Description: The Treasury Manager leads the Treasury Team and supervises a Treasury Analyst, as well as manages the daily treasury operations and provides daily support and assistance to the Treasury Analyst.

This position will need to think and operate at both a tactical and strategic level, being able to manage the day to day while providing strategic oversight of cash, cash forecasting and other treasury needs. In addition to treasury operations, this position will help support networking capital improvements. The Treasury Manager will also help with ad hoc projects and will have exposure to other areas of the organization.

Specific Responsibilities: Actively manage day to day cash management and support daily treasury activities. Along with the Treasury Analyst, complete bank and ATM reconciliations, including journal entry preparation and review.

Working capital analysis and improving the cash cycle. Unclaimed property reporting. Maintain proper controls around bank accounts.

Improve cash forecast. Evaluates processes and procedures for continuous improvement opportunities. Bank relationship management.

Troubleshoot banking and payment issues with internal and external contacts. Assists internal and external auditors. Special projects as assigned.

Establish oneself as the internal expert on existing credit facility requirements. Support M&A activity (incl. due diligence), when required. Support miscellaneous international Treasury activities.

Develop and utilize financial models to analyze corporate impact of strategic initiatives and capital structure alternatives. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of cash flow statements. Education and Experience Requirements: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field CPA or MBA preferred Prior treasury or accounting experience Must be detail oriented and customer service oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to interface with internal and external personnel and customers Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Willingness and desire to help where needed
