Treasury Manager (66508)

The Treasury Manager will manage the day-to-day treasury activities for all aspects of PeakMade Real Estate. This position will maintain banking relationships with approximately 60 banks while providing exceptional customer service as the primary banking administrator.

What You'll Do:

• Create, support, and maintain end-to-end treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls for Peak Accounting.

• Serve as the primary banking administrator on the online banking platforms, and other treasury platforms for all bank relationships under management.

• Enable, manage, and maintain wire and ACH functionality at all banks.

• Review, approve and release electronic disbursements, ACH and wire payments; troubleshoot daily transaction issues as they occur.

• Prepare and maintain daily cash positioning and reporting.

• Support all Transitions by attending all client + accounting kick off calls to lead the bank account setup process.

• Maintain or suspend user access across the banking platforms to ensure internal controls are not violated.

• Establish a protocol for activating or deactivating fraud controls for each account, as deemed appropriate.

• Perform periodic cost review of bank services and fees to ensure we are optimizing features, while minimizing costs.

• Maintain and leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage and maintain domestic and foreign bank accounts.

• Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating, and closing accounts.

• Evaluate and recommend banking products, services, and platforms as appropriate.

• Effectively work with and support internal business partners to include but not limited to property, corporate and development accounting.

• Identify and recommend process improvements.

• Support special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and company initiatives.

Experience & Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university or college.

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance.

• Highly motivated and driven to achieve excellence in every area.

• Strong candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage expectations.

• An abundance of attention to detail, given the current climate of cyber and fraud exposure.

• Remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
