Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Position is located at 5201 Village Parkway, Rogers, AR.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Treasury Management (TM) Director of Product Management, the TM System Support

  • CAT Tester 1 is responsible for providing technical support and testing for many of the Treasury Management specific or Bank systems that may impact or be used by Treasury Management customers. The CAT Tester 1 provides support and testing for the less complex products. The incumbent tests changes to the applications in all phases of the software development life cycle when enhancement projects or break fixes are needed. Additionally, the incumbent may be called upon to provide software support or customer specific problem resolution to the users, and may provide internal training in the use of new hardware and/or software applications. Assistance and guidance are provided by the TM System Support

  • CAT Tester 2, as well as the Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • As directed by the CAT 2 Tester(s), provide requested Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) for all approved technology enhancement projects that impact Treasury Management, customers, products, or services, even when not funded by or at the request of the TM division. Typically will perform testing on less complex products.

  • Work with IT developers to create test cases that can be used in early stage testing. Run those test cases at the end of development for all new releases/products prior to installation into production environments. Assistance is readily available.

  • Coordinate with CAT 2 Tester(s) and Product Managers and suggest solution designs for identified business requirements/problems/defects/bugs. Techniques may include, but are not limited to, vendor or internal IT resources/programming, operational workarounds, customer workarounds, or other techniques.

  • Once design or approach is determined and approved by the relevant Product Manager, interface with IT resources, such as programmers, to ensure user requirements are satisfied efficiently.

  • Communicate the full impacts of decided approach internally to ensure buy in and, where appropriate, perform external communication or action.

  • Provide insight and recommendations to various parties on process improvement ideas that balance the client experience with bank/process efficiency.

  • As appropriate, use system analysis techniques and procedures to provide assistance to associates or customers to resolve system problems and/or questions. This may include determining hardware, software, or system functional specifications.

  • Actively coordinate and partner with other CAT testers and Product Managers to build a strong team dynamic of winning together, with what is best for the customer and the bank in mind, not the just the assigned project; resulting the best revenue growth for the bank and a culture of continuous personal development and process improvement.

  • May be called upon to provide guidance and expertise for the development of internal training.

  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

The ACD Referral Coordinator performs varied activities with a focus on administrative and customer support assignments. Typical work involves processing referrals into medical management system with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. During high volume calling times the ACD RC will monitor the phone queues and web chats to answer provider/beneficiary inquiries. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. The ACD Referral Coordinator duties include data entry into medical management system, eligibility reviews, reviewing for ECHO benefits, non-clinical overview of assessments and documentation in order to pend tasks to appropriate queues who can complete or request additional information. Role Responsibilities * Recognizes specific assessments/treatment plans requiring Utilization Management, and pend to appropriate point of contact for review. * Understands TRICARE ACD benefits/limitations and Humana Military referral processes. * Answers questions from CM's, Outreach Coordinators or MTF/ civilian providers to obtain additional information that may be required to complete referral etc. * Requires understanding of Tricare policy on Autism Care Demonstration. Decisions are focused on ACD department policy and methods for completing assignments. * Works within defined parameters to maintain production and quality standards, with ability to prioritize certain referrals. * Works under minimal direction. Required Qualifications * Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position. * Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing). * Two years prior healthcare/insurance experience * Above average written and verbal skills, including organizational abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs specifically; Word, Excel and Outlook * Computer experience including data entry * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately * Ability to handle high volume of calls and customer contacts in a polite and professional manner * Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences * Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test Work at Home/Remote Requirements * Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings * Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited).
