The Treasury Management Specialist I is responsible for performing a wide range of technical and operational support tasks for the treasury management function of the Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as an internal source of professional, technical and general support for treasury management services of the Bank.

  • Originates and maintains client files.

  • Performs typical client and general ledger entries.

  • Reviews/decisions/escalates remote deposit and mobile deposit activity.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems within given authority.

  • Conducts daily callbacks of department work.

  • Performs daily reviews of overdraft and returned item activity.

  • Detect and report unusual or suspicious activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in branch banking

  • Minimum 1 year general office or accounting experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent credential required

  • Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience preferred

For more information, visit www.biosensewebster.com Under limited supervision the Technical Service Material Management Specialist is responsible for Tracking, planning and purchase of the spare parts needed for the technical services department and Coordinates, monitors and improves repair centers logistics performance for BWI and 3rd parties. Job Duties: Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: * Tracks all the Material owned by Technical Services in the US * Coordinates any activities required to ensure proper traceability of the material owned by Technical Services * Liaison with Supply Chain and Manufacturer to maintain product availability at all times * Ensures proper levels of availability and system readiness * Spare parts forecasting * Coordinate all logistical support for Meetings/Conventions * Direct Liaison with Manufacturer * Inventory control for all related spare parts, FRUs, Shipping Cases, etc. * Check-in & Re-stock process for returning units * Inventory/Replenish for all supplies * Finds opportunities for improvements within the current Logistics/ product management processes * Documents the current process * Identifies gaps and opportunities of improvements * Liaises with other department/ teams to improve the current processes * Provide reports for the management * Spare parts planning * Budgeting * Trends * Loaner management * OTD * Depot Turnaround time * And any other related depot report * Raise issues with repair center, logistics providers, advise and receive instructions * Report on performance metrics * Monitor and report on the performance of logistics and repair centers vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics. * leading communication to the vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational day to day direction, changes and challenges. * Support team, work collaboratively to contribute to achieving organization's business goals * Participate in meetings with the repair centers and logistics providers to obtain the work group perspective and share information * Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level * Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition * Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures * Performs other duties assigned as needed Qualifications * A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required * A minimum of 2 years of work experience in logistics support is required * Understanding of the logistics and supply chain processes is required * Ability to create process maps is required * Knowledge of the medical device industry is required * Computer knowledge to operate and maintain business data in the service management systems is required * Knowledge of service management and related systems * PC proficiency is required with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Ability to lift 30 lbs. to a height of four feet within a warehouse work environment is required * Must be able to work weekends and "off hours" as needed to support customer needs and business environment * Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time to domestic destinations on short notice Safety Requirements: All employees have a duty to care for their safety and for the safety of others whom may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
