Position Summary
The Onboarding Specialist role provides a best-in-class Treasury Management client onboarding experience including in-person or virtual training, directly to the customer. In-depth knowledge of Online Banking including technical knowledge with the ability to assist clients with their Treasury products and auxiliary services. This role will be used to develop skill sets that will allow the individual to take advantage of future opportunities such as advancing to the Treasury Management Solutions Analyst role.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Pre-call preparation includes review of client agreements.
Creation of the Client Training checklist for all users.
Coordinates training sessions of the Treasury Management platform with new and existing clients virtually using Zoom/Teams and in person as requested.
Works closely with Treasury Management Sales Analyst, Solutions Officer(s) & Treasury Support Team to support and maintain business client relationships.
Scope client requests, to translate system requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement and be empowered to escalate, when necessary, through the proper chain of command.
Provides technical assistance to clients on export/import files with accounting software.
Develop trusted relationships with internal clients and business clients.
Assist with marketing and training materials.
Identify trends, gaps, and issues and assist with resolution.
Participate in training of existing/new Treasury Management team members.
Assist with training of bankers and other bank teams around treasury management.
Ensure client issues are resolved at a satisfactory level and escalate accordingly.
Attend weekly meetings with onboarding to assist with any client delays.
Assist with administrative duties and projects.
