The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for sales and support of treasury services to Limestone Banks Commercial clients.
EXPECTATIONS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides direct sales support to the Commercial Banking Group; responsible for product development, new revenue generation.
Calls on clients in each of the Bank's markets and surrounding areas to determine their treasury service needs and implement solutions that satisfy them.
Provide sales support and product knowledge of all treasury management services.
Facilitate conversion after the sales and see that the product is implemented properly.
Prepares proposals, problem solving and resolution of treasury issues with prospects and clients.
Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with Commercial Loan Officers.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required.
Four to six years of experience in cash/treasury management services for finiancial institutions required.
Ability to develop new business from a variety of leads as well as directly source prospects.
Exceptional consulting skills; ability to probe and listen to help clarify inquiries, gather and present data to advance transactions.
Proven sales call background to provide quality, relationship oriented responses to customer needs.
Highly customer oriented and responsive.
Strong analytic skills and ability to rapidly assimilate complex information.
Highly effective verbal and written communications skills.
Strong influencing skills; ability to generate support and build consensus.
Open and willing learner.
Able to work independently with strong initiative and results orientation.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
