Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

Tenured, seasoned, and proven performer Sales Consultant position responsible for the development and retention of a significant and complex customer base, geographic area(s), market segment(s), or series of product lines. Responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and further penetrate existing relationships.

Develops sales plans for territory and key customer accounts, and analyzes customer needs. Serves as the lead advocate for TM within the TM group as well as with assigned partners. Contributes to TM initiatives and the business line strategy. May be responsible for mentoring/training less experienced sales consultants and/or acting in a team lead capacity.

Preference is for selected candidate to work within a specific Wells Fargo location: Plano, TX. Other locations may be considered.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and influence skills

  • Strong presentation skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • In depth understanding of complex treasury management solutions and commercial cash management processes

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Treasury or Cash management

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
