OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for the supervision and support of the Bank's Treasury Management staff and the products and services it provides.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises, mentors and support the Treasury Management daily administration staff to achieve outstanding results;

  • Provides oversight of the monthly implementation and billing for Treasury Management customers;

  • Assists the Treasury Management Manager with implementation of new products and services;

  • Overseas and assists with upgrades, modifications and enhancements to the existing Treasury Management products and services;

  • Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department or other departments within the bank as needed;

  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness;

  • Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; accurately compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate bank personnel;

  • Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other bank personnel; and,

  • Assists the Treasury Management Manager with various administrative tasks to support department/unit operations, as directed and may also be assigned special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • A college degree with an emphasis in a business curriculum;

  • 2-3 years of related experiences;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to build relationships across the team and Bank;

  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently or with a team;

  • Strong aptitude regarding attention to detail;

  • Proficient problem-solving abilities; and,

  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of features, benefits, and operating procedures related to Treasury Management/Business Banking products and services.

Preferred:

  • Specialized banking education and training;

  • Previous supervisory or management experience of two or more years; and

  • Strong coaching and feedback skills.
