Treasury Management Operations Specialist

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist 1 is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of the Credit Union's Treasury Management services. These services include but are not limited to: Enhanced Business Online Banking, Business Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Wire Origination, and ACH Origination. This role will provide professional, prompt, and courteous service and will have a direct relationship with members for Treasury Management setups, audits, and support. Partner with the Credit Unions deposit sales team, core provider, and other third-party vendors as needed. Perform ACH Origination, Wire Origination, and RDC audits for members. Retain and grow member base by providing operational support and identifying opportunities for TM Advisors.

• Members are informed of products and services that add value and complement their existing TM products and services.

• Projects and other assignments are completed on time and accurately.

Capability Requirements

• Understanding of Treasury Management and Digital Banking products and services.

• Strong Communication Skills

• Highly motivated and remains positive in difficult situations.

• Technology savvy with a high degree of comfort with various technology tools; fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Delivers exceptional customer service, serves internal and external members in a positive and professional manner.

• Close attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong Organizational skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure, as needed.

• Contributes to the fulfillment of Credit Union goals and objectives.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree

• One year of financial services experience within banking operations, customer service and or treasury payments.
