Position Purpose:

The Treasury Management Operations Manager oversees operational activities for the Bank's Treasury Operations department including online business banking, ACH, positive pay, RDC, and Account Analysis. Ensures quality service, and effective and efficient operations support for the Bank's Treasury Management customers. Provides the same level of high quality, responsiveness, subject matter expertise, and support to branch and business partners. Administers Bank policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Leads the review and recommendation of enhancements or changes to operational systems and procedures affecting Treasury Operations. Reviews activity trends and other applicable tracking metrics used to monitor service level performance. Ensures collaboration with the Security Department to report suspicious and/or fraudulent activity.

Essential Functions:

• Lead, manage, and develop the Treasury Operations Support team.

• Oversee all Treasury Management operational and customer support segments for the Bank (i.e. Treasury Management online banking, customer support, positive pay, online wire processing, remote deposit capture installations, ongoing support, account analysis, operational risk management, fraud loss mitigation, policy, and procedure maintenance).

• Responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining all Treasury Management Operations policies, procedures, and service level standards.

• Ensure all Treasury Management Services meet all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

• Develop annual departmental business plans, road maps, and budgets.

• Collaborates with the Director of Treasury Management and the Director of Digital Operations on new product offerings, enhancements, and organizational projects.

• Leads the review and recommendation of enhancements or changes to operational systems and procedures affecting Treasury Management Operations and Treasury Management Officers; coordinates major system conversions or updates from an operation's perspective in conjunction with other key business partners and departments.

• Responsible for annual departmental audits' monitoring including responses.

• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a business-related curriculum or the equivalent preferred.

• Seven years of relevant banking, progressively responsible, work experience including 1-3 years of management experience.

• Knowledge and experience with banking systems and technology required including FedLine, ACH, Bank Core Systems, Online and Mobile Banking Systems, Remote Deposit Capture, and Account Analysis.

• Ability to embrace change, and to develop and implement process enhancements along with identifying new products.

• Requires strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, time management, and

Physical Requirements:

The work requires operating office machines and equipment, such as personal computers, printers, copying machines, and telephones. The position requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and others in person and on telephones. Work activities involve combinations of sitting/standing for extended periods.

Pay Range

• The pay range for this position is $87,151.75 - $148,157.98

• Typical hiring range will be $87,151.75 - $117,654.86

• The incentive plan for this position is the Treasury Operations Manager Incentive plan. It is paid out quarterly at the rate of 200% of the highest individual Treasury Specialist payout for the corresponding quarter.
