The Treasury Management Specialist position is responsible for the implementation of all Treasury Management products, including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit, Lockbox Positive Pay and Sweeps. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training customers on how to effectively utilize the products in accordance with their business needs, obtaining all necessary account information and documentation (contracts and legal entity docs) from the customer for new account set up and finally an introduction between the client and their new Dedicated Servicing associate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtains necessary documentation, account opening, and onboard for all Treasury Management products and cash management services.

  • Creates and coordinates execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products and cash management services. Assists with training internal customers on all Treasury Management products.

  • Schedules installation and training with external customers for all Treasury Management products via telephone, webinar, or onsite sessions.

  • Assists with maintaining implementation procedures and Treasury Management product guides

  • Orders and verifies receipt of customer supply orders (i.e. check scanners, checks, deposit slips, endorsement stamps, etc.).

  • Ensure all new and existing accounts are properly charged and linked for Analysis Charges, or has the appropriate exception approvals if applicable.

  • Communicates effectively with all internal and external customers on pending items and issues with Treasury Management accounts and products.

  • Works with Treasury Management sales staff to create presentations and demonstrate new products to both existing and new customers.

Skills

  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.

  • Individual must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.

  • Ability to communicate to both staff and customers, with a clear, audible speaking voice, ability to read and comprehend handwritten forms, and the ability to hear instructions or requests.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of applicable customer-facing experience, including TM services

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field

Computer Skills

  • MS Office programs

  • Ability to learn various banking systems in a quick and proficient manner

Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)

  • Time Management and ability to multi-task

  • Knowledge of TM Services and Processes

  • Knowledge of Jack Henry operating system and profitability
