About The Job

Location: Columbia, MD

Sandy Spring Bank is currently recruiting a Treasury Management Client Consultant and Product Manager in the Treasury Management Department. If you are the chosen candidate you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the assigned Treasury Management services and developing and implementing the subsequent tactical plans. This includes managing the growth, development, profitability, quality and distribution of the products. You will enhance existing products and services; develop new products based on client needs and industry trends in order to maximize profitability, increase market share with desired market segments according to the Commercial Bank's strategic plan. You will train bank staff about Treasury Management products, assisting sales and staff consulting with high profile clients and prospects, providing technical support of clients in the use of bank applications and resolving product issues. The position interacts with vendors, clients, prospects, consultants, bank peers, industry experts and industry forums to evaluate market trends and develop new products and services.

Required Skills:

  • 4-year College Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in bank products and related regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of commercial deposit and loan products, as well as knowledge of cash management products and the bank's market.

  • High level of analysis, interpretation and evaluation ability to effectively meet the Bank's strategic and financial goals as well as the ability to interpret complex data, prepare reports and summarize conclusions with advanced problem solving skills.

  • Management of projects performed within and outside the department. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Decision making, both within and outside the framework of practices, policies and/or precedent. Must be able to use good judgement and make independent decisions for the overall welfare of the organization.

  • Proficiency in personal computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

The Senior Network Product Manager will be a part of the Fidelis Product Management and development teams. As Senior Network and Deception Product Manager you will manage the network and deception product roadmaps working closely with development leadership, product management leadership and our sales team to help grow the network and deception portions of our Elevate business by defining new features, define integrations with Fidelis Elevate Endpoint as well as assist in developing our technology partner ecosystem. You must be able to communicate well with all areas of the company. You will work with engineering counterparts to define product release requirements. Qualifications * BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent. MBA a plus. * 8+ years of related product management work experience, especially in network and IT security * Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing. * Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Pragmatic Marketing Certification strongly desired. * Prior network security experience strongly desired * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit customers and our dev teams in Tel Aviv and Bethesda, MD.
