Job Summary
The company is seeking a hands-on Treasury Clerk that will be responsible for Treasury processes and assisting with clerical and administrative duties.
Duties/Responsibilities
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to generate reports, documents, and spreadsheets related to Treasury operations.
Compile and organize relevant Treasury Certificates for cash management.
Assist in the management and maintenance of the company credit card infrastructure, including issuing cards, monitoring spending, and addressing cardholders' issues.
Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to facilitate the creation of the monthly cash call document, providing accurate data and insights
Maintain updated records of account balances and cash positions to assess the necessity for monthly cash call amendments.
Enter wire transfers efficiently and accurately into the bank portal, verifying details and certifying compliance with established protocols.
Create and submit Payment Request Forms to Accounts Payable ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in monitoring cash flows and forecasting cash requirements to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
Responsible for review and completion of Master Data Governance requests related to onboarding of new vendors
Support treasury team members in ad-hoc projects, data analysis, and special assignments as required.

Monitor the Treasury Team e-mail inbox to ensure prompt response to internal and external information requests
Minimum Qualification/Work Experience
Minimum Education Required: • High school diploma
Minimum Experience Required: • 2+ Years of Administrative Experience
Preferred Experience: • 5+ Years of Administrative Experience
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Detail oriented, professional, and reliable
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
Thorough knowledge of applicable Treasury procedures
Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
SAP experience a plus
HSE Roles and Responsibilities
Support the policies, efforts, and programs of Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.

Work Environment
Operates in a professional office environment within or outside of an industrial plant environment.
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/ scanner and fax, and filing cabinets.

Ability to drive to other Company work locations as required.
Ability to move throughout all areas of each office/site location and facilities.
