Treasury Clerical Support

Job Summary The Treasury Clerical Support is responsible for deposits, credit card payments, and returned lockbox items received in the Treasury Department. They compile daily bank reports, monitor documents received through the imaging system, and provide support to internal and external customers regarding Treasury policies.

Duties (included but not limited to)

  • Process deposits utilizing Remote Deposit System in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with departmental policies and procedures

  • Process credit card payments received

  • Research and resolve rejected lockbox items

  • Enter related information in Treasury systems

  • Retrieve daily bank balances and update associated reports

  • Route workflow exceptions received in the imaging document system to the correct workflow queue

  • Log and prepare monthly bank statements

  • Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"

  • Other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Experience

Minimum one year related healthcare or banking experience preferred. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions Requires prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping, walking and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports or other information. Requires lifting papers/boxes and pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds occasionally. Work is performed in an office environment or hospital setting. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.

OSHA Category The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids). The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico. Position Summary The Treasury Hedge Manager will manage hedge trade database for all swap, options and futures transactions by counterparty and across various segments, in order to generate open positions to reflect mark-to-market pricing to prepare profit and loss reports monthly on commodity and interest rate hedges. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the review and signoff of all daily futures and swap verification process within Treasury * Ensure all trade confirmations have the proper review and signature approvals by the appropriate officers * Ensure all trades loaded into SAP have been reviewed against counterparty statements * Review trader approval reports from RightAngle against counterparty statements for completeness * Ensure all counterparty statement check offs are complete daily * Provide assistance to Operations to address any discrepancies on trade issues with various counterparties * Import new trade and pricing files into SAP daily. Export the data once captured into SAP for review against counterparty confirmations for accuracy and completeness * Prepare and process all hedge settlements within SAP to ensure compliance with all audit procedures and timely payment or receipt of funds * Confirm settlement and generate invoices with counterparties monthly * Create monthly hedge summary and results with Accounting for SEC reporting and distribution internally to executive management * Track and maintain master spreadsheet monthly that contains all new trades executed within the hedge workbook until expiration * Roll the spreadsheet monthly to take off expiring positions * Add market value data valuations and settlement valuations for each trade once generated in SAP * Review cash margin threshold levels and requirements daily and prepare cash wire transfer requests to counterparties as needed * Generate weekly cash margin position report for all hedges * Maintain all pricing tables within SAP monthly * Manage the setup of all business partner, commodity table and pricing source data needed within SAP system * Prepare and issue audit requested commodity confirmations * Carefully prepare confirms based on reviewed material * Submit confirms for review * Follow up with addressees to ensure receipt and return of signed audit confirm * Discuss confirm with external auditors as needed as well as discuss any audit related questions for hedge * Assist with the review and maintenance of ISDA and FCM agreements and Dodd-Frank compliance requirements for all segments and with all brokers; negotiate and open new ISDA and FCM agreements in coordination with Operations * Serve as backup to debt and interest accrual process Requirements – Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: * Commodity hedging experience a plus * General ledger experience in SAP a plus with general reconciliation experience * Advanced Excel skills are required * Organizational skills, preferably in a paperless environment * Accounting/Finance degree required We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
