Robert has partnered with a large federal contractor in search of a Treasury Analyst. This position reports directly to the assistant treasurer and maintains the following responsibilities: ? Assist in leading, organizing, planning, and evaluating all treasury functions across HQ and subsidiaries to achieve best practices, including: cash and liquidity management, investment management, banking and custody relationships, financing and capital management, governance and regulatory compliance, treasury systems, etc.
Capable of assessing strategies and managing initiatives to maximize return on cash and investments. Support ongoing development and product enhancement efforts. ? Identify, implement, and oversee global treasury management workstation provider. Ensure data and payment files are exchanged timely and accurately.
Experienced and skilled at manipulating data; strong attention to detail Identify and resolve data issues. Significant experience with Microsoft Excel required ? Strong IT skills to work closely with the project management teams on existing treasury operations, software (systems) and processes updates. ? Documenting all treasury department policies and procedures while ensuring an effective and efficient internal control environment that serves to mitigate risks and promotes operational performance. Work with internal and external auditor and reporting agencies.
Build and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with key constituencies internally and externally. As a subject matter expert, work closely with the project management team to complete a thorough self-assessment of existing treasury operations, software (systems) and processes. In addition to the treasury functions the position maintains and administers the corporate purchase cards.
Including the following functions: ? Candidate will assist with the administration of a multi-million-dollar corporate purchasing card and corporate travel card, and auto-payable card program. Key responsibilities include analysis and monitoring of card programs, reinforcing the control environment to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, providing direct support to the organization cardholders and their managers, and supporting all aspects of program operations with heavy focus on customer service, driving program growth, expansion and development. Identifies and recommends effective solutions towards process improvements while providing leadership. ? Manage card application/issuance process to include: review card applications and employee agreement forms for completeness and approvals, review new account set up and card distribution and ensure timely closing of accounts (terminations) and card collection. ? Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a changing environment; self-motivated with ability to work under and meet strict deadlines individually as well as in a team environment; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships; ability to work flexible hours as required. ? Procurement Card administration or other relevant experience in a high-volume transaction environment with multiple locations; excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills required; strong analytical and computer skills.
