Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchases of investments and borrowing transactions under supervision

  • Perform pre-trade due diligence, risk and return analysis

  • Perform post trade performance monitoring of prepayment, credit risk and returns

  • Prepare reports of liquidity measures to determine investing/borrowing actions

  • Perform stress analysis of bank liquidity and run other liquidity models

  • Prepare reports and slides for management and regulators as assigned

  • Participate in asset liability management as assigned

  • Counterparty credit and contract management

  • Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Minimum Required Skills or Competencies:

  • 2+ yrs. of related experience in bank treasury, fixed income management or bank supervision

  • Four year degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Access

  • Understanding of investment securities and related market applications

VIEW JOBS 10/8/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-06T00:00 As a Treasury Solutions Sales Coordinator, you may look forward to: * Partnering with assigned Treasury Sales Officer team (TSO) and assuming responsibility for the accurate and completion of treasury services documents prepared by the TSO's including contract detail for new relationships and updates/maintenance for existing member services. * Coordinating preparation and delivery of updates/maintenance paperwork for member implementations and subsequent submissions to implementations team. * Assisting the TSO team with ensuring appropriate documentation is in place for selected products while ensuring ongoing compliance. * Assisting the TSO team with keeping sales pipeline current to include updating closed and pending deals. * Understanding of current treasury structure for members. * Understanding of all applicable procedural and regulatory rules and guidelines. * Understanding of operational risks and related controls as they relate to treasury services. * Having the ability to track and manage to overall sales revenue for their TSO team and region they represent. * Maintaining the Request for Proposal (RFP) database/template and collaborating with TSO/Marketing teams in completing the RFP proposal document. * Assisting as needed in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, sales materials, detailed planner and verification of individuals and meeting times. * Assuming responsibility for follow-up and resolutions of issues escalated to the TSO team, coordinating with Implementation, Support and other areas as appropriate. * Obeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). You are a person that has (required skills): * Banking experience, understanding of business accounts, and relationships. * Strong verbal and written communication Skills. * Strong technical/computer skills: to include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. * The ability to be detail-oriented with strong time management skills. * The ability to work independently and well under pressure. * The ability to balance multiple priorities and working styles (multiple assigned TSOs). * The ability to travel to members locations to support Treasury Sales Officers. You'll be better prepared if you have (desired skills): * Undergraduate degree with concentration in Business. * Previous Treasury Services experience. Physically you can anticipate to: * Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally. * Exert up to/carry 20 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time. * Vision, hearing, speech, and manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers is required. Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation. * Not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
