Support the daily management of US domestic cash operations by working with US divisions, group Finance Shared Service Centers, and Corporate Treasury leadership.
Perform day-to-day US cash operations activities: review daily cash positioning; execute wire transfers in a timely manner ensuring accuracy, control, and appropriate authorizations are in place; and determine investment or funding needs for Cash Manager
Prepare daily US cash position reporting, and other reports as assigned
Monitor stand-alone bank account balances to ensure adequate funding balances
Perform bank account maintenance tasks as assigned by manager; coordinate appropriate signatures with Treasurer and Assistant Treasurers as required
Perform approved updates to the Global Bank Account database including new/acquired/closed accounts, signatory changes, and associated bank services
Prepare monthly US bank fee intercompany allocation report and distribute to accounting and Treasury teams
Coordinate and maintain the retention of all various Treasury department records including bank statements, cash management agreements, internal bank system administration approvals, and bank account policy approvals
Assist Treasury management team with assigned banking transition and integration tasks
