Role Overview

We're seeking a treasury analyst to help our financial operations team support the organization's success. The treasury analyst will monitor cash positions, maintain compliance, reconcile, process payments, and assist with special projects. The position requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience with treasury management system implementation and administration.

A successful treasury analyst will focus on strategically improving outcomes, building relationships, and consistently delivering on objectives. Top candidates will be approachable by internal team members, collaborative across multiple departments, and communicate business needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the implementation of new treasury systems.

• Develops cash management and risk mitigation strategies.

• Educates key stakeholders and ensures compliance.

• Ensures bank transactions are properly recorded.

• Facilitates template creation and/or upkeep within banking platform(s).

• Implements or streamlines operational processes.

• Initiates ACH payments.

• Maintains cash reports and cash forecasts.

• Maintains financial management systems.

• Oversees day-to-day financial activities.

• Prepares and presents treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.

• Reconciles daily financial activities.

• Stays abreast of NACHA Operating Rules & Guidelines.

• Trouble-shoots banking services and issues with banking partner(s).

• Supports other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation preferred

• Two to five years of treasury management experience. Knowledge of treasury, cash management and payment processing.

• Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, FIS, or Bottomline

• Intermediate to advance knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules

• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience - Power Query is a plus
