Treasury Analyst

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the banking team on funding needs, including monitoring the daily cash position, reporting, and remediate any payment issues to minimize fraud

• Manage the daily treasury requests for both internal and external customers, including but not limited to payment and information requests

• Learn and leverage the Treasury Management System to support cash management with an enhanced visibility of liquidity and optimization activities

• Review and verify disbursement activities to ensure reconciliations are accurate, complete and that discrepancies and/or outstanding issues have been resolved in a timely manner

• Review and prepare Treasury related payments for approval

• Perform analysis, make recommendations, and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls

• Prepare and maintain program worksheets, key analytical reports, dashboards and making enhancements as necessary

• Work with internal and external partners on process improvements and support in the development/maintenance of departmental procedures

• Perform special projects and provide ad-hoc requests as required by the Cash Manager and/or Treasurer

PROFICIENCIES

• Proficiency with MS office suite, especially Excel

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ year professional experience in Accounting/Finance, treasury cash management preferred

SALARY

• $76,000 - $94,000/annually, depending on experience and location
