SUMMARY:

Maintain and perform cash management and treasury operations including executing wire transfer and ACH payments, reconciling daily activity with bank issued software and SAP, confirming foreign exchange transactions, executing short-term borrowing, executing short-term investments, cash flow forecasting and various Treasury reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cash Management & Reporting 50%

  • Execute payments including wire transfers, ACH, and foreign exchange settlement instructions, both domestically and internationally

  • Reconcile bank activity to SAP daily

  • Resolve banking exceptions and open items

  • Execute short-term investing and borrowing activities, including reporting in SAP

  • Administer and manage user roles on various online banking portals

  • Analyze and maintain short-term domestic cash forecast

  • Maintain Treasury documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures

  • Work closely with Accounts Payable, Corporate Accounting and Tax

Domestic Bank Administration 30%

  • Primary support to domestic business units assisting with the use of banking applications

  • Act as lead on implementation requests, including opening new bank accounts, check management, credit cards, merchant services, etc.

  • Maintain bank documentation and signature mandates

  • Manage bank relationships

Various Treasury projects, as assigned 20%

  • Backup for global cash operations and foreign exchange analyst

  • Educate self and others of best practices in banking/cash management

  • Participates in Treasury projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Academic/Credentials/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • CTP or CPA preferred

Length of Experience:

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0-2
  • Corporate Finance or Treasury experience or related banking experience preferred
Specialized Skills/Technical

Knowledge:
  • Basic analytical capabilities

  • Attention to detail, an ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks

  • Well-developed organization skills

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • SAP experience preferred

The Treasury Analyst will get visibility with senior management and have the opportunity to work with other areas of the company in support of their career aspirations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Cash Management & Reporting – 70% * Specialized report development and maintenance. * Create reports leveraging treasury management systems. * Bank Fee analysis * Assist in special projects focusing on automation and compliance * Perform month-end close processes or daily bank reconciliations * Will assist in other finance projects as needed. Domestic Bank Administration – 30% * Process & procedure documentation support * Executing Domestic Payments * Assist in compliance and documentation requirements. (KYC) * Assisting in Opening & Closing bank accounts while maintaining an updated signatory list.
