Treasury Analyst, Financial Partnerships
Adyen's Merchant Finance & Treasury team is on a mission to optimize and automate core money flows for scale while mitigating risks on Adyen's Balance Sheet. Our team support's Adyen's growth ambitions through customer-centricity, operational excellence, innovation, and integrity.
The Financial Partnerships team within Merchant Finance & Treasury strengthens relationships with our global network of key Financial Institutions and Central Banks. As embedded payments become increasingly strategic, these financial partnerships help us deliver best-in-class payments experience for our merchants. Globally, we manage 30+ banking partnerships and 3 central bank partnerships, while our entire team remains 100% Amsterdam-based to support Adyen's collaborative work culture.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Financial Partnerships, the Treasury Analyst, Financial Partnerships will elevate Adyen's partner bank management at scale.
What you'll do
Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify areas and opportunities to automate and enhance partner bank data management
Act as the primary point of contact between Adyen internal teams and banking partner service teams. Strengthen collaboration and streamline communication
Own the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts (KYCs, signatory updates)
Assist in compliance requests and reporting related to regulatory and central banking requirements
Analyze and manage banking fees while finding ways to automate monitoring and reporting
Provide support for a variety of Treasury-related tasks and ad-hoc Treasury projects as needed
Serve as a primary Admin for bank portals & secondary Admin for Central Bank portals.
Who you are
2+ years of experience in corporate Treasury operations or Banking, particularly in Treasury Services or Treasury Payments
Ability to organize and track multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
Familiarity with bank portals and bank account documents
You thrive in a dynamic environment and want to work in a rapidly changing industry.
