Position Overview:

The Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities within a multinational business environment and will be responsible for both project-based and daily activities in the areas of global banking, liquidity management, cash forecasting and other special projects. This role will provide a unique opportunity for the right individual to experience a variety of corporate finance applications and develop leadership and critical decision making skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support global cash forecasting and working capital management processes

  • Support debt covenant compliance requirements and general maintenance of the company's credit facilities

  • Maintain trade finance related transactions, including the issuance of standby letters of credit as well as the negotiation of export letters of credit

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, including the administration of access privileges to global banking information systems

  • Assist with intercompany transaction settlements, including intercompany loans and spot foreign exchange transactions

  • Assist with foreign exchange risk management and related hedging activities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of ad-hoc financial reports for senior management and the company's board of directors

  • Provide detailed transaction support to accounting as part of their month-end, quarter-end and annual reporting cycles

  • Work closely with other departments including financial planning and analysis, tax and corporate development on special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

  • 5+ years work experience in treasury or other corporate finance roles

Preferred Requirements

  • CTP certification

  • Experience with foreign exchange risk management/hedging

  • Experience with export letters of credit, documentary collections and standby letters of credit a plus

  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking

  • Advanced computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • High level of integrity, initiative, motivation and curiosity

VIEW JOBS 4/19/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-18T00:00 Position Purpose: The Global Service Process Analyst will develop and standardize globally consistent Service processes and Key Performance Indicator reports that ensure delivery of best in class service to Entrust Datacard's customers. Furthermore, the Global Service Process Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, and monitoring of such processes to ensure satisfactory execution by Entrust Datacard colleagues and channel partners throughout the world. The individual will be expected to develop and maintain the suite of Business Intelligence reports used by Service Management to monitor process performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement globally. Responsibilities: Process Documentation & Execution 40% * Maintain a deep understanding of Entrust Datacard business processes and Oracle applications within Global Service Operations, looked to as process expert * Lead the execution and implementation of current and redesigned global processes, working with colleagues and indirect channel partners * Ensure consistent documentation of business processes by engaging with Service colleagues in all locations to develop and define processes, documentation and training * Develop and deliver process training to new and existing users * Define and execute project plans, to include: timelines, rollouts, testing, tracking issues, and other project management responsibilities during implementations * Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement * Monitor compliance to system processes * Strategizes with key stakeholders on process redesign and process improvement opportunities * Communicate with Global Service colleagues to ensure everyone understands requirements, timelines and roles Needs Assessment 15% * Develop project plan for Global Process implementation based on regional needs and timelines * Understand and identify current process gaps and recommend solutions * Support a team mindset with all project members and business owners to work towards shared goals * Partner with technical resources, programmers and Business Intelligence developers to develop workable solutions * Understand the customers' needs from a functional/business perspective Key Performance Indicator Reports Development and Maintenance 30% * Work with Service Management, stakeholders and Business Intelligence developers to define and create new KPI reports * Work with Service Management and stakeholders to maintain existing suite of KPI and Global Service Operations reports * Partner with Business Intelligence developers to validate changes to the data warehouse * Serve as the Global point of contact (SME) to explain KPI definitions and processes Ongoing Support 15% * Provide support and training for all system users, through webinars, on-site training, train-the-trainer activities, etc * Assist in executing change in the organization through technology and business process redesign * Support service organization to successfully deliver quality service to our customers through continuous assessment and calibration of processes. * Participate in cross-functional discussions to identify potential process improvement needs * Promote benefits of utilizing process & systems * Support the business' key performance indicators through process decision Basic Qualifications: * BS/BA Degree or Associate's Degree * Minimum of two (2) years of SQL experience or report writing in a data warehouse environment * Minimum of 3 years working with Service Modules within Oracle ERP system * Service process design and/or implementation experience, in a lead role * Demonstrated success leading medium to large scale projects * Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly communicate both written and verbal * Ability to think critically (internal and external to the company) and take a process view to solve problems and make decisions * Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and across all levels of the organization * Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality * Proficient with MS products: Excel (Pivot tables, Macros), Word, Power Point, Outlook * Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Certification * Data warehouse experience with Business Objects or Tableau software * Knowledge of project management tools and techniques * Experience delivering training and/or training documentation * Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification * Experience supporting a global client base About Entrust Datacard Our growing company relies on curious, dedicated and innovative colleagues to anticipate the future and provide solutions for a more connected, mobile and secure world.
