The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing Colas USA's financial activity. This includes managing cash flow, income, liability obligations and assets.

Essential Functions:

  • Active involvement in Colas USA's cash management:

  • Administration of Colas USA's bank account structure.

  • Day-to-day steering of Colas USA cash position: accounts balancing, financing lines, and investments

  • Assist the Finance Coordinator in the setup and management of corporate credit card and fuel card programs.

  • Contribution to the improvement of payment and collection process: payment automation, merchant services, etc.

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly cash reporting and contribution to the bi-annual budgets

  • Creation of Analytical models to enhance cash monitoring and forecasting.

  • Implementation of data intelligence tools to help detect frauds and increase payment security.

  • Participation in the setup of Colas USA's commodities hedging strategy, in collaboration with the purchasing department.

  • Support subsidiary companies with their day-to-day requests (Trade finance, cash management) and specific projects.

Education and Minimum Experience:

  • Must have Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents required.

  • Must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Experience with financial planning software (Anaplan) a plus.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills are required.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize is necessary.

  • Must have ability to multitask and work independently and as a member of a group.

The position has responsibility for the implementation and support of the Epic Ambulatory EMR including MyChart, CareEverywhere and EpicCare Link. The work is accomplished in a team environment and requires excellent problem solving and communication skills with a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities An Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst II responsibilities include: * In-depth analysis of workflows, system details and technical issues associated with the Epic application * Analyzing new functionality and recommend how it should be used to prioritize and implement requested changes to the system * Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users. Provides support of daily and ad-hoc requests. * Interfacing with key IT, clinical, business and operations staff to assist in the development of efficient workflows. * Participating in testing system enhancements and performs rigorous testing to deliver high-quality end-user solutions. * Architecting and delivering solution innovation to improve services or to lower costs, operating under deadlines and challenging workloads. * Solving highly complex problems and develops solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative. Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science or equivalent experience Requirements: * Minimum 3 years work experience within information technology or applicable area of healthcare * Experience with EMR build and configuration * Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices and principles * Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness, and develop an efficient workflow * Experience with organizational strategies, business operations, and end-user requirements to develop system design and training projects * Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships Preferred * Epic Ambulatory certification Atlantic Health System aims to deliver the highest quality and care combined the best experience for our patients and their families.
