TITLE: Treasury Analyst Corporate Finance
REPORTS TO: Treasury Supervisor Corporate Finance
The Treasury Analyst position isresponsible for executing foreign exchange transactions, preparing Treasuryreporting and analysis, and other general treasury responsibilities.
Review foreign exchange positions provided by EMEA and NA Treasuryon a daily basis
Review weekly foreign exchange transactions for CALA and AsiaPacregions
Execute foreign exchange trades with banks on behalf of allregions
Prepare foreign exchange documentation for trade settlement
Work with Treasury regions to settle intercompany trade and loanbalances
Execute letters of credit when requested by a business unit andapproved by Treasury
Utilize Treasury workstation to track foreign exchange trades
Prepare monthly Mark to Market reporting for foreign exchange valuationand accounting
Prepare weekly cash and debt reporting
Prepare and review monthly bank fee analysis
Prepare monthly interest expense estimate and actual results
Prepare month end reporting for Treasury results
Provide back up support for NA and Canada cash management
Partner with our banking service providers to resolve issues
Strive for continued process improvement, utilizing technologysolutions and professional development
Other ad hoc treasury projects
1-2 years experience in a Treasury or Finance related area
Strong communication skills
Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to become aproficient user of the Sungard Avantgard Integrity Treasury Workstation software
Must be detailed oriented, be able to prioritize multiple tasksand responsibilities in a fast paced working environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Certified Treasury Professional helpful.
