We're HIRING NOW for a Treasury Administrator! This role is based at our Pittsburgh APC Hub in Wexford, PA.

Treasury Administrator

The Treasury Administrator will be a part of the team located at Lithia Motors headquarters in Medford, Oregon. As a Treasury Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of functions which require excellent communication, customer service and time management skills. We are seeking organized, detail oriented, and dependable candidates who are driven to succeed and grow with the company.

The Treasury Administrator reports to the Treasury Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate banking relationships and act as administrator for all corporate banking portals and Cash Management Services

  • Set up, maintain and close bank accounts and merchant services

  • Administration of disbursement files from various business units and corporate departments

  • Manage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentation

  • Resolve banking and corporate credit card related issues

  • Prepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactions Communicate with national store offices on various Treasury/ Banking related activities

  • Perform bank reconciliations for all dealership and support services departments - Reconciliation of the bank statement data against the G/L

  • Review and reconcile fee/analysis statements and resolve any errors

  • Make accurate entries and adjustments

  • Acquisition preparation and support

  • Communicate errors, unusual items, proposed solutions and process improvement opportunities

  • Actively communicate with supervisor and escalate concerns

  • Other duties and special projects, as assigned
