Treasury & AR Reporting Manager

Job Summary: The Treasury Manager performs cash management and related cash forecasting. This individual will be responsible for coordinating treasury processes including maintaining and optimizing liquidity and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities include cash management, reporting, cash flow forecasting, analysis, bank transactions, compliance, maintenance and reconciliation of ongoing operations, including daily cash movement among subsidiary accounts, cash reconciliation, weekly cash forecast, oversight of AR activities. This position regularly performs advanced and specialized assignments involving complex and confidential data and will include special projects.

This role can be located remotely in the US or near our offices in Eden Prairie, MN

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares the daily cash reporting to lenders.

• Prepares daily reconciliation of cash flow.

• Prepares weekly cash 13-week forecast.

• Oversees AR collection activities.

• Oversees AR detail reconciliations.

• Prepares weekly 13-week receipts forecast.

• Interacts with tax, AP, AR, general accounting, FPA, HR and payroll for coordination of input to 13-week forecasts.

• Manage banking relationships, coordinate bank functions and products into and support of company operations.

• Determine and execute entity sweeps and funding amounts including FX conversions

• Inter-company transfers.

• Understanding and mastery of different banking systems.

• Understanding foreign currency operations and accounting.

• Preparation or review of bank transactions journals in accounting system and ensure balances are correct.

• Implementation and maintenance of proper controls over cash, including separation of duties, access and reconciliations.

• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of progressive treasury/accounting experience.

• Demonstrated ERP and related systems experience.

• Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.

• Knowledge of US GAAP
