What We Are Looking For:

We are actively looking for a Treasurer who will take charge of the organization's financial operations, encompassing cash management. Our company relies on your expertise to provide comprehensive reporting and conduct insightful analysis.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in cash flow and debt management, forecasting, liquidity and prioritize adherence to regulations, possess extensive knowledge of financial planning processes and be able to effectively communicate and explain complex matters to management and has as a primary objective to safeguard the company's financial wellbeing, ensuring its long-term success by closely monitoring financial activities.

What You Will Do:

• Treasury Operations: Oversees treasury transactions such as wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and recording of transactions. Managing revolving line of credit, lowering excess cash on hand. Manage integration of data sources (banks and ERP).

• Banking Relationships: Manages relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiates banking services agreements, optimizes banking fees, and ensures compliance with banking regulations.

• Cash Management: Oversees cash inflows and outflows; owns accurate and timely cash forecasting, forecast to actual, monitors cash balances, and optimizes liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs and strategic initiatives.

• Payment Processing: Oversees the processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements while adhering to internal controls and payment policies.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards related to treasury and AP operations. Identifies and mitigates financial risks such as liquidity, credit, criminal / fraud, legal, currency exposure, and interest rate risk.

• Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance controls in treasury and AP operations. Implements new technologies, automates manual tasks, and standardizes procedures.

• Reporting and Analysis: Provides regular reporting and analysis of treasury and AP activities, including cash flow forecasts, aging reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances against budget or forecast.

• Team Leadership: Leads and develops a team of treasury and AP professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

• Business Strategy: Support and/or leadership role of special projects in the areas of M&A, strategic planning, financing decisions, cost of capital etc. Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal and Accounting staff to plan and to execute these corporate finance activities.

• Proven analytical, project management and organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellence and versatility in undertaking financial and strategic analysis, particularly in selecting and applying appropriate principles to specific issues and in developing an opinion based on their analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure, tight timelines, and changing priorities.

• Strong executive-level presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Internally motivated and proactive to seek out alternative ideas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the group through the development of new skills, generation of new ideas and ability to drive change.

• Excellent team leadership skills and ability to manage/lead teams under tight timelines.

• Advanced to expert proficiency of Microsoft Excel.

• Above average proficiency of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Your

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

• 10+ years' experience in corporate treasury field.

• Extensive knowledge of investments, banking, and financial instruments

• Extensive financial modeling experience

• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for financial transactions

• Experience in presenting and preparing proposals

• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus

• Experience in leading, coaching and developing staff and teams
