1.Lead, coach and develop a talented team of marketers, visual designers, UX designers, and copywriters.
2.Attract new Treasure Truck customers: Develop strategies and drive initiatives to meet aggressive awareness and subscriber acquisition goals.
3.Amplify value for brands: Build mechanisms that delight customers by connecting them to the brands featured on Treasure Truck. Amplify activation-day marketing with on-site and social marketing to make customers aware of our time-bound offers by developing multifaceted strategies to grow awareness for brands, their products, and their promotions.
4.Deliver a magical customer experience: Be a champion for delight within your team, with your peers, and with teams across Amazon. Your team is responsible for a broad swath of the Treasure Truck customer experience, including UX design, Brand design, offer-day creative and marketing, social, the at-truck experience, and experiential activations from concept to execution.
5.Spearhead awareness initiatives to drive attendance for experiential activations: Treasure Truck events come in many shapes and sizes, from a one-day hoop fest to hype the start of the NBA season, to multi-day, multi-city experiences like our Summer Movie Night series. Develop marketing plans to ensure customers are aware of these events and are excited to attend.
