Traveling Superintendent

Description:

Our client is looking for Traveling Superintendents in North Texas. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of relevant experience working on industrial or commercial projects.

• Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.

• Clear understanding of commercial or industrial construction means and methods.

• Strong communication skills & leadership ability.

• Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other construction-related software.

• A construction degree is a plus.
