Traveling Retail Remodel Merchandiser/Fixture Installer: Michigan Locals

Falcon Retail Solutions is expanding its team in Michigan! We're looking for dedicated individuals with a background in retail store remodels to join our Remodel Division as Traveling Retail Remodel Merchandisers/Fixture Installers. If you're passionate about hands-on work, enjoy traveling, and have an exceptional work ethic, we'd love to have you on board.Your Role:
As a member of our team, you'll travel throughout Michigan and potentially across the United States, participating in retail/grocery store remodels. Our roles also offer the potential to cross over to positions like Traveling Retail Fixture Mover or Traveling Fixture Installer in our Special Projects division, depending on availability and skill set.Your tasks will include:

• De-merchandising and Cleaning: Unstocking and cleaning shelves for new installations.

• Fixture Management: Removing old and installing new fixtures, adjusting shelves, and relocating fixtures.

• Product Relocation and Restocking: Moving products within the store and replenishing shelves with new merchandise.

• Labeling and Signage: Updating price tags and installing new store signage.

Requirements:

• Experience: Preferred in planograms, store resets/remodels, retail fixture installations, and merchandising.

• Driver’s License and Transportation: Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are essential.

• Tool Proficiency: Knowledge in using basic tools (hammer, screwdriver, tape measure, etc.).

• Teamwork: Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.

• Travel Readiness: Availability for overnight, out-of-state travel.

• Physical Fitness: Capability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Communication: Personal cell phone with internet and a valid email address.
