• Proficiency in sterilization, decontamination, assembly/wrap

• Experience with surgical specialties such as General, OB/GYN, Plastic, ENT, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, Laparoscopic, Urology, Robotic, Ortho, Ortho/Totals, Neuro/Spine, Neuro/Crani, and Transplant Job Description: - Work in a Level 1 trauma center specializing in total joints, neuro spine, neuro crani's, open heart, lung and heart transplants, DaVinci, plastics, ENT.

• Sterilize and decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment.

• Ensure proper assembly and wrapping of trays.

• Handle a daily average surgical case volume of 65 in 35 rooms.

• Manage an average daily tray volume of 393.

• Comply with mandatory vaccination requirements, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons.

• Ability to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.

• Complete required modules before the start date, averaging 8-16 hours.

• Take part in a non-billable orientation program totaling 12 hours. Note: Perioperative/OR RN, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from certain regulations affecting other roles.
