Communicates with physicians about changes in patients clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Depending upon experience will float to other departments as needed.
2 yrs. minimum for Step Down required.
Current Texas RN Licenses, BLS and ACLS
ER, ICU and Med-Surg experience preferred
Other certifications: PALS, NRP, TNCC

Simonton Windows a division of Cornerstone Building Brands, located at 13263 Illinois 133 Paris, IL 61944 is currently looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team. The Leader is responsible to perform all production activities to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
Team Leader activities includes, but are not limited to: cleaning, equipment assembly/disassembly, setup, machine operation as per the product product record and associated SOPs. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) assuring that safety, quality and productivity are upheld.
Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Cleaning of all department areas and equipment
* Setup and operate production equipment.
* Equipment management including assembling, inspection to determine wear and disassembly when the run is completed.
* Troubleshoot equipment to achieve highest safety, quality and productivity.
* Fill out paper work.
* Operate precision instruments to conduct in-process testing of materials and finished product.
* Operate loading and transporting equipment to stage raw materials and finished product.
* Collect material/product, test and transfer to post-processing.
* Provide direction to new operators while running the equipment.
* Immediately report any abnormal conditions to Production Manager.
* Prompt and regular attendance.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Evaluate SOPs and provide feedback to procedure owners for review.
* Document pertaining information as per SOPs to ensure batch records are filled out accurately.
* Train and execute OJT for new operators.
* Work directly with Manager in process improvement projects.
* Perform computer system data entry such as daily reporting of production activities and run tracking.
* Adhere to production schedule to ensure timely customer order fulfillment while observing safety and quality rules and regulations.
* Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications:
* Ability to follow directions/instructions (oral or written).
* Ability to work well with others.
* 3+ years of experience running production equipment
* High School Diploma is required. An Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
* Basic Reading and Mathematical Comprehension
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Routine duties are performed with minimal supervision.
* Standard practices and procedures allow this position to proceed alone at routine work. Work is reviewed upon completion although occasional check of work while in progress will take place.
* Many activities require working as a team member and following instructions.
* Ability to read, analyze, interpret and fill out various controlled documents (i.e. Batch Records, specifications, and S.O.P.'s.)
* Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints knowledgably and respectfully.
* Proficient in English. Conversational Spanish a plus.
* Able to interpret an extensive variety of instructions.
* Capable to define problems using abstract concepts such as structured problem solving to collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
* Lead a line of production workers and be responsible for the flow and productivity of that line.

Responsibilities
Assesses department needs for training and responds accordingly. Orients new staff members and provides on-going training for employees. Schedules training programs and in-services for all employees. Lectures and demonstrates procedures, using motion picture, DVD's and charts; uses outside consultants/speakers when possible. Observes employees in practical application of procedures and does one-to-one training as needed. Supervises use of company provided online education and monitors compliance. Schedules facility tours and addresses by administrative staff to acquaint new personnel with overall operation and interrelationships of the facility. Develops recruitment strategies for all positions. Assists with selection of open positions. Maintains appropriate documentation of orientation and in-service training for all employees. Follows through with new employees at regular intervals to determine need for additional training and support. Communicates department needs to Administrator and coordinates services within department need, scheduling and budget. Gives input to Administrator regarding budget needs. Coordinates employee service awards and recognition programs. Monitors safe working practices; provides education and coordinates with Safety Committee for corrective/preventive actions. Maintaining effective communication with residents, families and facility staff. Communicates with and educates staff on any new procedures. Qualifications
