Treva is hiring full-time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses for a 13 week mid-night contract11p.m.-7a.m.) and every other weekend, at a reputable hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts. High possibility of extension. Must have minimum 2 years experience. Premium pay!

Position requires Labor & Delivery nurses to provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Must utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. You must also effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to health care team. You will participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.



Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of labor and delivery experience
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
    Current Massachusetts State Board of Nursing RN license required.
  • Current immunizations and/or screenings (MMR, DPT, Varicella, HEP B and TB) required
  • Current BLS, Fetal Monitoring, AWHONN, & NRP
  • Must have no license restrictions.
  • Must be able to display a compassionate and team player attitude

The role requires broad, strategic thinking skills, the ability to influence peers as well as senior leadership, and a high level of analytical ability and understanding of Retail operations. This position is responsible for designing, leading and implementing labor enhancements that support key growth initiatives, improve overall labor management and maximize labor spend. In addition, the Project Manager of Strategic Labor Initiatives takes ownership of overall labor performance through power analytics of key labor metrics and makes recommendations for improvements to senior leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Support overall labor management and education through reporting and presentation of in-depth labor analytics, participation in annual budget build and facilitation of labor related topics. (70%) * Support expense control through performance assessment analytics on key labor metrics, including open hours and share gain adjustments * Oversee the build of key annual labor budget components, including Management wages and Average Hourly rate. * Participate in the design and facilitation of labor related training materials. * Strategically partner with US Retail Compensation team to evaluate and recommend market designation updates * Lead labor portion of strategic initiatives * Ad-hoc analysis as required 2. Design, lead and implement key labor model enhancements that support key growth initiatives and improve overall labor management. (30%) * Partner with business owners, and senior leaders to identify labor model enhancements; systemic and operational * Partner cross functionally to develop and implement identified enhancements * Manage measurement, reporting and communication of all phases * Oversee periodic adjustments and changes to the labor model to better support the business * Act as subject matter expert on US Retail labor model systems and applications Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 6 years mix of financial/analytics experience + cross functional partnership across all levels Strong project management skills including experience with cross functional initiatives Strategic thinker Ability to influence outcomes Understands and is able to apply Finance concepts Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills across functional areas and levels of leadership Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including public speaking Self-motivated individual and comfortable with leading discussions in a team environment Preferred Qualifications 8+ years' experience Results oriented individual Understands and is able to apply Operations concepts Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
