Treva Corporation is currently seeking an Outpatient Gastroenterology/Endosocopy Registered Nurse in Palm Springs, California. Position is 13 weeks long with a possibility of extension. Position hours are during the week from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8a-6pm 2 openings availabile.1 year recent experience working as an Endoscopy Technician in a hospital, ASC, or GI Clinic. Must be competency in endoscopy reprocessing. 1 year recent experience is defined as not having been out of work, or out of this field, for greater than 6 months. The clinic cares for significant number of high acuity inpatient patients.

RN Job Role:

Gastroenterology Nurses, also referred to as endoscopy nurses, work with physicians in an effort to treat and diagnose patients with conditions that affect the gastrointestinal tract and the digestive system. These types of conditions include abdominal pains, cancer, ulcers, and reflux. Other types of conditions that are a regular part of this specialization include the removal of foreign bodies, dyspepsia, dysphagia, and carcinoma.


  • Must have at least one year of full-time RN experience
  • Prefer 2 years of RN experience
  • Good patient assessment and IV starts
  • Must have Infusion experience
  • Post & Pre procedure patient care preferred,but willing to train
  • Prefer Endo/GI RN experience, but not required
  • Current CaliforniaRN license with no restrictions
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association)
  • Current immunizations and/or screenings (MMR, DPT, Varicella, HEP B and TB) required
