Travel Registered Nurse| New Hampshire

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse to join our team for assignments in New Hampshire. As a Travel RN with NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings, travel to different locations within New Hampshire, and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the established care plan
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, collect data, and document findings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on the assignment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software
