  Perform triage and categorize patients based on the severity of their condition, ensuring that those with life-threatening emergencies are prioritized. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' immediate needs. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring the accurate documentation of all interventions.
  
  Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions, responding swiftly to emergency situations and initiating appropriate interventions. Utilize specialized knowledge and skills to perform various emergency medical procedures, including CPR, wound suturing, and intravenous therapy administration. Educate patients and their families on the nature of their condition and provide instructions regarding post-emergency care and follow-up requirements.
  
  Maintain accurate records of patients' medical history, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected during their emergency room stay.
