Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Job Specialty: Clinical Pharmacist Job Duration: 26-week contract Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30); Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00) Guaranteed Hours: Subject to client policies Experience: Minimum 3 years required; open to candidates with 1-2 years if they have strong critical care/ED experience License: State license required or must have an active application Certifications: BCPS, BLS, Board Certified Must-Have: - Critical care/clinical pharmacy experience

• Inpatient/acute care experience

• Pyxis experience Job Description: - Conduct dosing for anticoagulants, cardiac, geriatric, pediatric, and renal patients

• Manage high-risk medications and therapeutic monitoring

• Perform pharmacokinetic and psychotherapeutic management dosing

• Administer clinical dosing and support critical care areas

• Function independently in acute care settings within a Level I trauma center

• Participate in weekend rotations (8 weekends per contract) - Handle various patient care settings without float requirements to different hospital units

• Utilize Cerner charting system efficiently

• Maintain compliance with mandatory health requirements (e.g., flu vaccine)

• Attend orientation and required training sessions (16 hours of orientation provided)
