Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Job Specialty: Pharmacist

• Inpatient Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 7 on, 7 off. Tuesday-Monday, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: A minimum of 40 hours per week for shifts less than 12-hours. Experience: 1 Year Required License: IL State License Certifications: RPh Required; IV Certification and PharmD Preferred Must-Have: - Hospital experience required

• Clean-shaven for FIT testing

• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Job Description:

• Provide pharmaceutical care within a teaching facility with 134 staffed beds.

• Work on a structured schedule of 7 nights on, followed by 7 nights off.

• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

• Use EPIC for charting and maintain thorough documentation of pharmaceutical activities.

• Understand and adapt to hospital policies and procedures.

• Work effectively within a team to manage patient medication therapy.

• Participate in 12 hours of initial orientation (non-billable) and complete required pre-start modules.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA Respirator Clearance.
