TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Glens Falls, New York, 12801 About The Position Weekly Pay Range - $2187 To $2429 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Med Surg Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 12 hours per shift Experience: Minimum of 3 years of current Med Surg experience required License: New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required Certifications:

• ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA) Must-Have: EPIC experience is required (non-negotiable) Job Description: - Work during an EPIC conversion, requiring prior EPIC experience

• Must be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed

• Peritoneal Dialysis training preferred

• Experience in Oncology Care is highly preferred but not required

• COVID vaccinations are strongly encouraged but not mandated

• Must have completed mandatory training in Verbal De-escalation via approved groups for onboarding

• Requested time off must be noted and verified before submission to ensure approval; No more than 5 days will be accepted

• Adhere to dress code: Personal scrubs of any color (no designs or cartoons) and no hoodies

• Non-billable orientation spans 0 hours

• Rotating call pool for census dips, including every other weekend and potential holidays

• Compliance with 14-panel drug screening within 24 hours of offer acceptance is required

• Own vehicle required for travel

• Travelers from specified counties not eligible for consideration
