• Telephone Triage Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: At least 6 months experience in oncology/hematology and/or telephone triage preferred; 12 months preferred License: Current California RN license Certifications: - Basic Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association)

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred Must-Have:

• Telephone triage experience or oncology experience required

• Positive attitude required

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required

• No exemptions

• Flu Vaccine: Required

• Medical exemptions only Job Description:

• Ensure submitted profiles have no time-off (RTO) listed

• Ability to work day or night shift as required by the department

• Experience using software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and EPIC

• Proficient in the use of telecommunications systems including Cisco phone systems with Jabber and Finesse

• All clinical staff must have the flu vaccine or sign a flu declination form during flu season (October-March) - Chemo certification encouraged for oncology nursing roles except for phone triage

• Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius at local rate

• First-time travelers accepted

• Travel pairs allowed
