Weekly Pay Range - $2110 To $2344 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not guaranteed Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year of Hospice experience License: Must have a license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have:

• Proficient in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last 6 months

• Proficiency in OASIS for RNs

• Ability to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance Job Description:

• Provide, coordinate, and direct the provision of home nursing care according to physicians' orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process.

• Responsible to Clinical Manager; directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.

• Perform home visits and attend periodic office meetings.

• Manage an average of 5-8 patients per day, broken down into roughly 6-8 points for various activities and types of visits.

• Handle cases such as Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up Visits, etc.

• Be open to on-call rotations one week per month, though clinicians seldom need to go out.

• Cover the entire service area, with about 250 travel miles per week, compensated per IRS standard mileage rates.

• Participate in weekend rotations once a month.

• Use HomeCare HomeBase EMR system for charting and documentation. This position does not require a COVID-19 vaccine, but the status of the flu vaccine is unknown.
