Job Description:

• Typical schedule is five 8-hour day shifts from 08:00 to 16:30.

• On-call responsibilities are required every 3rd weekend and once weekly as needed.

• Patient caseload consists of 25-30 patients for case managers, and 6-7 visits daily for non-case managers.

• Experience a new EMR implementation with provided training on new HomeCare HomeBase system.

• Timely communication and documentation are required.

• Travelers will not receive mileage reimbursement, and pre-approval is needed for any additional work hours.

• Awareness of the background policy and terms regarding employment breaks for former staff.

• Orientation is 16 hours and non-billable. Ensure consistent adherence to all stated policies and expectations for the successful completion of the travel nurse role.
