Travel Nurse RN - Er/Trauma In Columbus, GA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 12 months Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum 1 year License: GA or Compact license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Experience with management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, IV vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilated patients, and triage Job Description: - Work every other weekend.

• No call requirements.

• Expected to work holidays based on the major holidays occurring during the assignment period. Requirements are as follows:

• If one major holiday occurs, the traveler is expected to work it.

• If two major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work both.

• If three major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work two.

• Major holidays include:

• Christmas Eve and Day (December 24 & December 25)

• New Year's Eve and Day (December 31 & January 1) - Thanksgiving/Black Friday (November 28 & November 29) - Floating: Within facility and to sister hospital if needed.

• Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time. Non-compliance may result in a two-week start delay due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

• Patient Population: Adults-Geriatrics in the Emergency Department.

• Orientation: 13-hour non-billable orientation required. Candidates must be ready to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start. Return travelers who are deemed unable to return to one facility must complete one successful assignment outside before rebooking at a new location.
