Job SummaryAs a new nurse, you will play a important role in healthcare. You will assess patients, identify needs, and create care plans.

Evaluate patient responses for safety. This role is ideal for new Registered Nurses in hospital inpatient and outpatient departments open 24/7. It's also suitable for departments with on-call staffing for off-shifts.

These departments may include hospital-specific and outpatient procedural sections like gastroenterology labs, pain management, dialysis, infusion centers, and intravenous services.What You'll DoEvaluate patient health conditions using clinical reasoning. Identify, prioritize, and address needs of patients and families. Develop care plans to improve health outcomes.Regularly evaluate nursing practices.

Improve healthcare quality using research and learning experiences.Create a caring environment.
