• 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 hours per week Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced Level I trauma environment, independently following the onboarding period, and produce high-quality images. License: ARRT (MR) required Certifications: CPR certification required Must-Have: Graduation from an accredited two-year AMA-approved program in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology or active enrollment in an ARMRIT or ARRT registry-eligible program. Job Description:

• Perform procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards using MRI Scanners and associated equipment proficiently.

• Examine requests and verify orders for each assigned patient, ensuring proper identification using two identifiers.

• Prepare and administer IV contrast according to departmental protocols, recording type and amount when requested.

• Evaluate technical quality of images, consulting with a Radiologist if needed, and recognize abnormal anatomy for additional processing as instructed.

• Perform basic patient care functions, inform nursing personnel of any changes in patient condition, and initiate life support measures when necessary.

• Assist physicians and PAs during invasive procedures, practicing proper sterile techniques.

• Maintain knowledge and skills for working safely in environments with significant exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious disease.

• Operate the radiology computer system, enter orders, and charge procedures/supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly work area.

• Assist other medical personnel during exams and maintain MRI safety for staff and patients around magnetic fields.

• Complete all required safety modules and adhere to hospital fire and safety procedures.
